Muse reserves the right to suspend or refuse service where safety standards are compromised.

5. Payments & Commercial Terms

Payment schedules, deposits, cancellations, and refunds shall be governed by the applicable service agreement, quotation, or invoice.

Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

6. Conduct Expectations

Clients, employees, contractors, and guests are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior.

Muse reserves the right to remove personnel or discontinue services in cases involving:

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All proprietary materials, operational systems, branding, menus, service methods, and internal documentation remain the property of Muse Food Services Private Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidential business information must not be disclosed without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability
